Back-To-School Dinner For Casa Valentina Kids!

The Zambrano’s gathered a dozen families from Key Biscayne to offer a home-cooked meal to kick-off the new school year for the kids from “Casa Valentina”. “Casa Valentina” is a wonderful local organization offering housing, mentoring, life-skills and all kinds of other support to kids who have recently phased out of foster care but are ill-equipped to live on their own. The kids are all enrolled in local colleges and so a raffle at the dinner included many school supplies, gift cards, etc. It’s the second year the Zambranos have coordinated this dinner with all the Key Biscayne kids serving the CV kids, and the feedback was (once again!) that it is the favorite event of the year for the CV residents!!
