Building Houses For The Poor During Spring Break
During spring break, the Zambrano’s joined the most fabulous not-for-profit, “Techo”, to build houses for the poor in a rural area in Costa Rica. These families live along the slope of a mountain, with no potable water, no sewer, no electricity, no services, etc. It was life changing for the whole Zambrano family, as they did incredibly difficult physical labor alongside the family that would be moving into their new house. This family included 2 parents, 3 daughters (12, 15, 18) and two infants (belonging to the 15 and 18 year olds!). It is something none involved will ever forget. Best Spring Break ever!!
